Who we are

MarketKamair is an emerging Ecommerce platform, a global marketplace operated by Lamenas LLC and located in the United States. The platform is designed to serve any one within our community, in the United States, and people overseas that adhere to our policies. We promote businesses of any size and enable worldwide buyers and sellers to interact and process their transactions through our website. MarketKamair is a B2B, B2C and C2C marketplace. We work in close collaboration with our diverse vendors to provide amazing products and services to our prospective customers.  

What personal identifiable information is collected collect consumers’ personal information in order to provide and process incoming services and requests. Information collected may include consumer’s name, address, email address and phone number. Information collection is subjected to the type of service requested. Financial data is solely collected by the payment gateway servicer to process online transactions and payments. Only relevant information is collected, as seeks to collect as minimum personal information as possible. We adopt the “need to know” principle, meaning that solely necessary information is collected and essentially used for the intended service. Personal information that is not needed to provide a service is not required and will not be collected. 

How we use users’ information

Consumers information is solely used to provide the requested service. Information obtained for a specific service is not used for any other service, unless preceded by a consent from the customer., however, should comply with laws and regulations. At such, if there is a regulation that requisites the information to be handled in a certain manner, is subjected to such a regulation and should proceed as required by the law. 

Public disclosure

Personal information may not be disclosed to the public. Users personal data can only be disclosed with the user agreement, except in certain circumstances as required by applicable laws and regulations. Financial information cannot be disclosed to the public even if there exists some type of agreement that may sustain such a disclosure. 

Third party disclosure

Personal identifiable information may be disclosed to a third party such as business partners and support teams. Information is disclosed as needed and is only made available to designated and authorized agents or entities. Third parties should only use personal information for the intended service.

How we protect users’ data is hosted by Data in transit and at rest is protected via security mechanisms such as the transport layer security (TLS) and secured socket layer (SSL). Only authenticated and authorized users have access to stored data. Also, only essential and secured WordPress software, plugins and themes are used to reduce the risk of potential cyber-attacks. Software, plugins and themes are patched or updated immediately as a newer version is released. Moreover, uses automated spam detection to protect consumers’ data.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address to help enforcing spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.  If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. interacts with third parties to meet our customers’ needs and increase their experience. Some products and services may be provided by third parties vendors and we’re required to share customers’ information in order to process such services. Consumers are informed if the services are being provided directly from or from a vendor. At such, they can deny or accept the transaction. Furthermore, as we comply we laws and regulations, we may be subjected to provide users information to law and enforcement offices as required by laws for purposes such as investigation.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
